The Evolution design team has thought outside the box in creating a stylish and functional hull with a deep-V for water-slicing performance, a wide reverse chine for a dry ride when the bay gets choppy, plus a generous 2.25m beam for outstanding stability, and loads of internal cockpit space.
Up front, the skipper has everything within reach including convenient bow and anchor access via the walk-through windscreen plus a functional helm design which offers enough space for all the mandatory electronics and outboard instrumentation.
The 500 Sportfisher has the interests of family anglers at heart. The cockpit is brimming with features including full-length side pockets, multiple rod holders, and extra storage compartments to keep the fishing area clean and tidy for the next piscatorial battle. A hatch in the floor also reveals a cavernous compartment that fits a removable fish tub for storing the day’s catch.
Agile and compact enough for estuary fishing, and bold enough to tackle a full day out on the bay, the 500 Sportfisher is set up with a huge 100L underfloor fuel tank and rated to carry up to 115hp outboard. Owners of the 500 Sportfisher will even enjoy time at the boat ramp with this genuine fishing all-rounder fitted to a drive-on / drive-off trailer.
